Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. At the age of 16, she started participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. As a teenager, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her professional license to continue the education. Her return to competition in 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show, she continued competing for a long time and establishing more ambitious goals every year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take the time off for six years from competing when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. In October of 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the competition. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and was crowned sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no expectations. She was happy by her performance. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she had to compete with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her body each year. Ariel's top body part to train is the back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm using a pull-up machine, and the seated rows. The warm-up is done prior to moving onto sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Supersetting all of the exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
